The short version
This policy explains what information Bounce It Up Indoor Fun Center ("Bounce It Up", "we", "us") collects when you use bounceituplivonia.com, book a party online or by phone, buy a membership or gift certificate, sign a waiver, contact us, apply for a job or sign up for our emails and texts, and what we do with it.

Your name, email address, phone number and billing address; the birthday child's name and age if you choose to give them; and the party details you pick (room, package, date, time and extra time). When you book by phone, our staff record the same details and may note how you heard about us and when you called.
Deposits, memberships and gift certificates are paid through Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are handled under Stripe's privacy policy. We receive confirmation of the payment, not your full card number.
Your name and email address. For gift certificates, also the recipient's name, the sender's name and any message you write.
The parent or guardian's name, phone number, email address, ZIP code and signature; the names and ages of the children taking part; and whether you allow photos. We keep signed waivers so staff can find them at check-in.
Your name, email address and mobile number, your child's birthday if you choose to give it, and which messages you agreed to receive. Email and text messages are separate choices, and neither is required to buy anything.
Your name, organization, email address and phone number, and the details you send us about your group (size, date, budget and questions).
Your name, contact details, date of birth, availability, experience, your answers and any résumé you attach.
The invitation maker runs in your own browser. We do not receive what you type into it.
Like any website, our hosting provider records technical details such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages requested. We also use your IP address briefly to stop automated abuse of our booking and contact forms.
If you arrive by clicking one of our ads or a tagged link, the website stores the ad click identifier or campaign tag in your browser and attaches it to your booking. This lets us see which advertising produces parties. It does not contain your name or contact details.
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. They use cookies and similar technologies to count visits, see which pages are used, and measure whether an ad led to a booking. We have turned off Google's advertising-personalization features for this site: we do not use your visit to build remarketing lists or show you personalized ads. If you visit after clicking one of our Google ads, the phone number shown may be a Google forwarding number, so Google can tell us that a call came from an ad. Your call still rings straight through to us. Google processes details of the call, such as the time, the length and the calling number, to report it to us.
To learn whether a booking came from an ad, we may send Google a scrambled (SHA-256 "hashed") version of the email address and phone number given with an online booking. We may also send Google the phone number and call time of a party booked by phone, so it can match the booking to a call that came from an ad. Google uses this information only to measure our advertising, under its customer data policies, and does not give us any information about you in return.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers.
This website is meant for parents, guardians and other adults. It is not directed to children, and children should not send us personal information. We collect children's names and ages only from a parent or guardian, in waivers and party bookings, so we can run the visit or party. We never use children's information for advertising, and we never share it with advertising companies. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, call us and we will delete it.
We share information only with companies that help us run the business, and only what they need:
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect the safety of our guests and staff, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.
We keep information for as long as we need it for the reason it was collected: booking and payment records for our accounts, signed waivers for as long as we need them for legal and insurance purposes, sign-up details until you unsubscribe, and job applications while we consider them or as the law requires.
This website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Card payments are handled by Stripe, and our staff tools are protected by passcodes. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
