When booking your party or event a $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation for your special date and time. The full balance is due at the beginning of your party or event. Please note that party packages cannot be downgraded once reserved.
Until your deposit has been received, we cannot guarantee the final date of your party or event. Dates fill up quickly so it is best to request your reservation as soon as possible. Although we are sometimes able to meet your preferred date on short notice we do recommend that you reserve your party or event a minimum of 6 weeks in advance.
After you reserve your date and time by paying your $100 deposit, a staff member will call you a few days prior to your party or event to go over the final count of children attending, remind you of your starting and ending times, and go over your food order. If you choose to order additional pizzas or other food items for your adult guests, please refer to the menu (link) on our website.
The only outside items you are welcome to bring to your reserved party are: cake, cupcakes, ice cream, candy, vegetable tray, fruit tray and chips/pretzels with dips.
